The ENAI project received funding from the Centre National d'ètudes Spatiales (CNES) in the context of the AI Challenge for space transportation.

The ENAI project deals with the optimization of spaceports’ ground operations by means of AI-enabled techniques. More specifically, the project’s ambition is to aid spaceports’ operators in complex decision-making processes allowing to reduce launch campaigns duration. Furthermore, as already mentioned, an important contribution of the project will be the inclusion of energy related aspects when defining the optimal planning of a given set of operations. By considering local production of green energy, this project is aimed at fostering the definition of zero-emissions ground operations.
